Welcome to Colmslie Reserve Grass Field Facility

The Colmslie grass fields are operated under the joint management of Bulimba Hockey Club and Bulimba Cricket Club. All proceeds are raised for the field maintenance & up-keep of the lighting being used at this facility.

The primary use of the fields are for the training and competition of local hockey and cricket, however the fields are available for hire outside of this usage. For current availabilities please check the Booking Calendar

Please note: Fees are reviewed annually and may increase from 1 January each year.
Grass Fields:
Hockey, Soccer, Touch fields (F1,F2,F3)	$55 / hour / field	Day Hire (6am-6pm)
	$75 / hour / field	Night Hire (6pm-10pm)
Hockey, Soccer,Touch fields (F4, F5 & F6)	$55 / hour / field	Day Hire only available (6am-6pm)
Cricket Oval pitches (P1 & P2)	$220 / full day / per pitch
	$110 / half day / per pitch	Half day hours are allocated as 7am to 12pm or 12pm to 5pm. Bookings across these times will be allocated at the full day rate.
Cricket Oval pitch (P3)	$220 / full day / per pitch
	$110 / half day / per pitch	Half day hours are allocated as 7am to 12pm or 12pm to 5pm. Bookings across these times will be allocated at the full day rate.

Other Description:
Toilet access	$60 / day / event booking
Club House (hire for meeting)	$55 / per hour
Club House (hire for event)	$165 / 4 hour booking	Extra $55 / hour there after
Cleaning fee	$100	Applicable if amenities are not left in a clean & tidy manner as per terms & conditions
Insurance Requirements:	Current Certificate of Currency must be supplied with Hire agreement
The Hirer's Organization will need to provide sufficient evidence of insurance cover at the time of completing this Sports Facility Hire Agreement Application form.  Limit of Coverage (minimum 20mil required)
Following the completion and return of the Hire Agreements, "Terms & Condition" we will update the booking calendar with your booking and provide confirmation.  An Invoice will be raised and emailed.  Please pay within 14 days from date of invoice. Thank you.
