Expression of Interest: EOI to Hire the Grass Fields 2026

Steps to Hire our Grass fields: -  (use the More info button for hire costs etc)


1/ Please use the "Register Now" button below to advise of your EOI to book our fields.

2/ Our Booking Officer will check availability of the fields you're requesting 

3/ Once request is confirmed an invite to proceed with the Hire Agreement (HA) form will be forwarded to you.

4/ You must complete & agree to the Terms & Conditions and send your Insurance Certificate of Currency (COC).

5/ Once the HA is completed & COC has been received, we will then process your Invoice and confirm your Booking.
