Expression of Interest: EOI to Hire the Grass Fields 2026 Information and registration

Colmslie Reserve grass field facility: current hire costs:
(please note- field bookings made from 6pm will include lighting fees)

Grass Fields:
Hockey, Soccer (1,2,3) $55 / hour / field: Day Hire (6am-6pm); $65 / hour / field; Night Hire (6pm-10pm)
Hockey, Soccer (4, 5 & 6) $55 / hour / field: Day Hire only available (6am-6pm)

Cricket Oval pitches (1 & 2) $180 / full day / per pitch; $105 / half day / per pitch
Cricket Oval (3) $180 / full day / per pitch; $105 / half day / per pitch
Cricket Net/s: (1-4) $ TBC

Other Description:
Toilet access: $55 / day / event booking
Club House (hire for meeting): $55 / per hour
Club House (hire for event): $165 / 4 hour booking Extra $55 / hour there after
Cleaning fee: $100 (Applicable if amenities are not left in a clean & tidy manner as per terms & conditions)

Insurance Requirements: Current Certificate of Currency must be supplied with Hire agreement
The Hirer's Organization will need to provide sufficient evidence of insurance cover at the time of completing this Sports Facility Hire Agreement Application form. Limit of Coverage (minimum 20mil required)

Following the completion and return of the Hire Agreement, an Invoice will be forwarded confirming your booking request.
Please pay within 14days from date of invoice.
