Expression of Interest: EOI to Hire the Club House 2026 Information and registration

To hire our Club House - for an event or meeting room, please note we are a licensed venue, so BYO alcohol is not allowed

1/ Please use the "Register Now" button below to advise of your EOI to book our facility.
2/ Our Booking Officer will then send you an invite to proceed with the Hire Agreement form
3/ You must agree to the Terms & Conditions and send us your Insurance Certificate of Currency.
4/ We will then process your Invoice and confirm your Booking.


Current Hire fees:

Club House (hire for meeting): $55 / per hour
Club House (hire for event): $165 / 4 hour booking Extra $55 / hour there after
Cleaning fee: $100 (Applicable if amenities are not left in a clean & tidy manner as per terms & conditions)

Insurance Requirements: Current Certificate of Currency must be supplied with Hire agreement
The Hirer's Organization will need to provide sufficient evidence of insurance cover at the time of completing this Sports Facility Hire Agreement Application form. Limit of Coverage (minimum 20mil required)

Following the completion and return of the Hire Agreement, an Invoice will be forwarded confirming your booking request.
Please pay within 14days from date of invoice.
